Mecanicii de locomotiva reprezinta bunul cel mai de pret al unui operator feroviar.
Trebuie investiti bani si timp in pregatirea lor,
astfel incat mecanicii sa fie extensia imaginii profesionale a companiei.

Am vazut si eu azi o Ludmilla cu niste vagoane cu piatra in Mintia. Stationa la prima sau a doua linie, probabil asteptand plecarea spre combinatul de ciment de la Chiscadaga

Ludmilla am vazut si eu in drum spre Craiova , in ziua de vineri. Era legat dupa Siemensul celor de la Cargo Trans Vagon.........se indreptau catre Petrosani , cu vagoane de piatra.

Adica s-ar putea ca Ludmillele sa fie al CTV.

Se pare că CTV-ul se deosebeşte faţă de ceilalţi operatori feroviari prin diversitatea locomotivelor pe care le foloseşte! Am văzut pe railpictures nişte locomotive Ludmila pe la ungari:
